Leading the Change: A Chattanooga Morning of Connection & Ripple Impact

Building the Future, Together.

In celebration of National Women’s History Month, join us for an intentional morning dedicated to the women who are "leading the change" across Chattanooga.

Our community is built on the power of "Give to Gain"—the belief that when we invest in each other, we create a ripple impact that strengthens our entire city. Whether you are a corporate executive, a startup founder, a technical builder, or a community leader—and whether you are a long-time resident or a new transplant—you are a vital part of this ecosystem.

This event is designed to bridge industries and career stages, bringing together diverse perspectives to explore how intentional leadership can transform our professional and personal communities.

All are welcome. Women supporting women is how we rise.
