​I am a queer chef in Berlin with Italian roots and a rebellious spirit. My cuisine blends tradition and experimentation, street food and fine dining, always using seasonal, sustainable ingredients. I create culinary experiences that merge food and artistic collaborations.

​​Blue Table Installation – Communal Dinner
A site-specific setup where the table becomes a 1:1 photogram, using the shared ritual of eating to create a visual fragment of a particular time and place. Guests are invited to leave playful traces on the tablecloth, highlighting collective memory and documenting fleeting moments. After the event, the fabric continues to transform in sunlight, revealing the social energy and shared experiences over the following days, and is then sent to each participant as a tangible piece of art born from the collective experience.

​​Carlotta is a Berlin-based artist and architect. Under the pseudonym Elka Laas, she explores the elusive nature of reality. Using cyanotype as her primary medium, she creates pieces that capture fleeting moments by examining the metaphorical relationship between light, time, and materiality. Her images and installations aim to stretch the boundaries between realities and imaginations.
