Perfect Days: Sound Meditation

​An immersive sound meditation with George MacPherson using vibration and frequency to guide the body into deep rest. Participants will be invited to lie down, relax, and invite the sounds of Himalayan singing bowls and other overtone emitting instruments to support nervous system regulation and mental clarity.

The cafe will be open throughout the event for adaptogen snacks and beverages.
