NS Sailing Club is back at it again with THE FIRST sailing session of February!
This is a fun sailing session designed for Network School members who are new to sailing, are here to refresh their basics, or just wanna get out there and have fun!
January peeps, it’s your last chance…
BEGINERS: you'll start on shore with an introduction to sailing fundamentals - understanding wind direction, rig setup, and basic maneuvers - before heading out onto the water to put our skills into action. A safety boat will accompany the group, and life vests will be provided.
PROS: after a quick safety briefing and testing your familiarity with the boat, you're free to hop on a boat and sail.
----
COSTS:
300 RM for beginners (including instructor free, equipment + boat rental)
150 RM for Pro Sailors (for equipment + boat rental)
(you get a 3 hour sailing session! pros pay less as they don't need an instructor)
Note: payment in Cash or Malaysian QR transfer
card payment is also available through stripe link, but will incur a 4.5% transaction fee. WISE payment is also possible.

This session is open to:
🧭 8 beginners (with a dedicated coach)
⛵ 4+ experienced sailors (who will sail solo)
(there's 8 boats available)
EXPECT TO GET WET — boats may flip, but you’ll be coached on how to handle that situation easily.
What to bring:
Water bottle
sunscreen!!! and a hat
Long-sleeve UV top (sun is strong - better to have them, but not a must)
shorts and a (long sleeve) T-shirt are perfect attire
sailing or workout gloves (optional but helpful)
if you bring sunglasses, tie them with a string so that they don't fall and get lost :)
optional: water shoes or sandals you don't mind getting wet
Whether you’re completely new or already comfortable on the water, get ready for a fun afternoon of learning, teamwork, and wind-powered adventure.
