Capture Success: Founder Networking Night
Week 2 of the Capture Success Accelerator, and the night we open the room.
Capture Success is a free six-week accelerator for high school students and college freshmen across the Triangle who are actually building companies. This session is our networking night. Local founders come talk to the cohort about what they're building and what the early days really looked like, then stick around so the students can ask them anything.
Confirmed so far: Doug Schepers (CEO, Fizz Studio), Austin Carroll (CEO, Warrant), Malhar Shah (Founder and CEO, microWatt).
WHO SHOULD COME: founders at any stage, operators, mentors, and anyone in the Triangle ecosystem willing to spend twenty minutes with people at the very start. No prep, no slides, and you don't need to stay the full two hours.
WHO'S IN THE ROOM: 25 to 30 student founders building in health tech, AI, accessibility, firefighter safety, personal safety, prosthetics, sports tech and care coordination. Beacon, a girl-led safety wearable, won TYE Regionals and has $8,000 in. Visiocourt is deployed on public courts in the Town of Cary and works with the mayor's office.
Doors at 5:30. Free parking on site. Building 600, main entrance off Park Offices Drive.
