The Abundance Table: An Evening of Somatic Work & Honest Talk
Abundance is a word we hear all the time. In growth metrics, it means the line goes up and to the right. In fundraising, it means capital, runway, and room to breathe. In life, it is the warmth of our bonds, the health we keep, and the sense that there is space for joy next to hard work.
And yet many of the people building toward these goals feel something closer to scarcity. Not enough time. Not enough energy. Not enough support. Sometimes, not enough hope.
When the nervous system runs on scarcity, it shapes everything. How we lead. How we love. How boldly we ask. Whether we choose from clarity or from fear.
The Abundance Table is a small evening gathering where we explore what abundance feels like in the body first, then open into real, rich talk.
We start with guided somatic work. We let the body show us what abundance and scarcity feel like before we try to name them with words. From that felt ground, we move into honest group dialogue. What came up in the body becomes the starting point for going deeper.
This is where the body's knowing meets the kind of talk you have been looking for.
WHAT THE EVENING HOLDS
🌿 Guided Somatic Work A led practice in nervous system awareness. We explore where abundance lives in the body when we feel it, and where tightness shows up when we feel drained or depleted. Seated, grounded, and fully present.
🌿 Table Talk One clear question opens the room. Each person shares from what came up in the body, not from theory. The talk goes deeper because the starting point is felt, not abstract.
🌿 Closing & Landing We gather what came up, name the threads without fixing them, and close with a short somatic practice so the body can take in what was explored.
WHO THIS IS FOR
This evening is for founders, execs, and tech leaders in the San Francisco Bay Area who are ready for a different kind of room. You carry vision and weight, and you are curious about what shifts when you bring the body into the space next to your mind.
Whether you have tried somatic work before or this is brand new, the space is built to meet you where you are. All you need is the will to be present and honest.
PRE-WORK
Before the event, you are invited to pull your Human Design chart. Note your Type (such as Generator, Projector, or Manifestor) and your Strategy. These serve as a personal lens for the evening, a way to explore how you are wired to receive and sustain abundance in your own way.
