This week, we are thrilled to welcome Simge, a trained Mindful Self-Compassion teacher, for a session on building internal resilience. While we often focus on physical strength, this session is about building a solid mental foundation to navigate the highs and lows of startup life.

This is not a theoretical lecture. It’s a practical, 45-minute workshop focused on the Self-Compassion Break—a toolkit to help you handle stress and uncertainty without the "inner critic." You’ll learn how to bring more emotional balance and sustainability into your professional life through three core pillars: Mindfulness, Common Humanity, and Self-Kindness.
