About the speaker: Ekin Ataman Yonet is the founder of Hey People!, a talent advisory practice for tech startups and high-growth companies. She spent over a decade in VC-backed startups and talent-driven organizations, including leading talent initiatives at 500 Global, where she worked directly with dozens of startup founders through critical hiring decisions and scaling challenges. Before that, she held key roles at Korn Ferry and WTW, two of the most respected firms in executive search. She holds an M.Sc. in Technology Management from Columbia University.
