About Event
A fully facilitated, instructional one-hour drum circle using the Djembe as a tool for meditation and self-healing. African and Western styles of hand drumming in a judgment-free zone. All ages and experience levels welcome.
Led by Mitch “Pasha” Cohen
Drumming since age twelve, Pasha has played with Boston Music Award–winning group Mamadou for over twenty years and performs devotional Kirtan music with Adam Bauer and others. He founded OmDrum in 2015 with a calling to show how the drum can be powerful medicine and a tool for meditation and self-healing.
