Looking to join a team for EUDIS Defence Hackathon 2026 Latvia? Or perhaps you have an idea but are still missing the right people to bring it to life?
Match & Meet Your Team Lead is a matchmaking session designed to help you find your team, discover an idea to work on, or connect with people whose skills can strengthen an existing team.
During the session, you will have the opportunity to:
Join an existing team and contribute to an idea;
Find potential teammates with complementary skills and expertise;
Discover an idea to work on if you do not have one yet;
Share your own expertise and find a team where your skills can make a difference;
Meet the EUDIS Team Leads who will lead teams and work with participants throughout the hackathon.
The event will take place in a relaxed and informal atmosphere, with a DJ, snacks and fun matchmaking activities to make it easy to connect, exchange ideas and meet your future teammates.
About EUDIS Defence Hackathon 2026 Latvia
EUDIS Defence Hackathon 2026 Latvia is an international defence innovation hackathon taking place at the University of Latvia from 15–17 October 2026 under the European Union Defence Innovation Scheme (EUDIS). This year's theme is “Autonomy on the Battlefield”, focusing on autonomous systems and robotics solutions across air, land, maritime and space domains.
Participants will work on real-world defence challenges, develop and refine their solutions with the support of industry experts and mentors, and present their solutions to a jury at the end of the hackathon. Teams will compete for a €10,000 prize pool and have opportunities to further develop and test their solutions.
