POCC Map your Startup Business Model
Got an early-stage startup idea or innovation? Come map it out, live, on the Business Model Canvas with two experienced founders guiding you every step of the way.
The Business Model Canvas (BMC) is a simple one-page tool that helps you break down and stress-test your business: who you serve, what you offer, how you make money, and what it costs to run. Strategyzer, who created the framework, calls it a tool to "describe, design, challenge, invent, and pivot your business model."
In this session, your hosts Sagar Apte and Santosh Dawara will walk you through the BMC framework and help you place your specific business into it.
Who is this for?
Founders and innovators who've already spent some time building their product or business (this isn't for the idea-only stage) and want an experienced sounding board to pressure-test their model. Come alone, or come with your team to work together.
What to expect?
A working session, not a lecture — come ready to map your own business
Guidance from founders who've built, scaled, and exited startups themselves
Real-time feedback and challenge on your assumptions
What to bring? Your Laptop & a hotspot.
