At the Canadian Undergraduate Technology Conference (CUTC), we are committed to making our event as accessible as possible. To support this goal, we work hard to minimize costs and keep ticket prices affordable for all attendees.

Refunds
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds except in cases of extreme or unforeseen circumstances. If you believe your situation qualifies, please contact us at 

 with relevant details. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the CUTC team reserves the right to make the final decision.

Ticket Transfers
Tickets are non-transferable by default. If you are unable to attend and would like to request a transfer, you must obtain prior approval from the CUTC team. Please email 

 with your request. Unauthorized transfers may result in invalidation of the ticket.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to this refund and transfer policy.

Artists, filmmakers, engineers, coders, learners, researchers, founders, designers you name it, you're welcome here.

CUTC (Canadian Undergraduate Technology Conference)

The back of the café will have an open laptop demo setup where builders bring their projects, set up, and let people walk by, chat, and ask questions. Super casual, no pressure, just cool things being built by cool people.

The front is your social zone. Meet people, swap ideas, make connections, and vibe with a community that actually gets what it means to be building something.

Come to show something off, come to be inspired, or just come to meet good people. All of it works here.

No worries bring your laptop anyway and see what's in the room.
