About the Speaker:

Rajiv’s interest in NVC sparked when he observed that even highly educated individuals often face conflicts with family, neighbours, and colleagues—despite longstanding relationships. This led him to seek ways to foster harmony and deeper understanding.

His NVC Practice & Teaching includes:

  • Registered certification candidate with the Centre for Nonviolent Communication, USA

  • Completed multiple intensive international trainings on NVC over the past 3 years

  • Introduced NVC to 400+ individuals, including within TCS

  • Co-conducts a 3-month online course titled “Reimagining Family”, tailored for families and attended by participants from India, Europe, and the USA

He is passionate about formally measuring NVC’s impact—especially in family dynamics. His focus includes assessing how NVC influences the development of human capacities like Empathy & Self-compassion

Outside of work and NVC, he is a wildlife photography enthusiast and an avid lover of poetry.

Rajiv holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the USA and brings over 36 years of experience in the Indian IT Industry. He currently works with the Research division of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).
