Foundry 01 — Breathwork & Saunagus for Founders, Execs and Ambitious Men
A 2,5-hour training session in nervous system regulation. 20 men. Breathwork, saunagus and cold-water exposure as our gym.
You've trained your craft. You've refined your strategy. You're world-class at what you do.
But the skill that decides how you show up when the pressure actually hits, that one usually gets left to chance.
The investor call that goes sideways. The co-founder conflict you've been avoiding. The bad news that lands at 11pm. In those moments, the difference between reacting and responding isn't strategy. It's your nervous system and the ability to self-regulate.
That's what we're building Foundry to train.
What we're actually doing
Both breathwork and saunagus are fast, efficient ways to deliberately stress and down-regulate your nervous system in a short window. You learn to catch the moment your fight or flight system activates, and stay with it long enough to choose your response instead of being run by the reaction.
Who this is for
Founders, execs and men in critical decision-making roles who operate under real pressure and want to become more capable under it. Not softer. Not less driven. More in control, more self-aware, more grounded in your own values.
What to expect
Heat, breath, cold water, music, silence, and 19 other men going through the same. Space to be present without having to perform. You'll leave regulated, clearer, and with a tool you can actually use the next time your system starts to spike.
Bring: Towel, swimwear, water bottle. Come hydrated. Eat light beforehand.
Price: This is our first event and we're happy to break even at 300DKK/person. We've left pricing optional above that, in case you want to help us make the next training a reality.
Application: In order to deliver the value we aim for, we believe it's crucial to get the right people together, who has a shared understanding from living similar lives. Therefore you must apply, and we might reach out to make sure the fit is there before approving your ticket. We'd rather have the right people, and not sell out, than the opposite.
