New York App Week Prep: Build Your Conference CRM in Notion (Online)
You’ll meet dozens of people at New York App Week. How many will you actually follow up with?
Conference weeks are brilliant and chaotic. You end up with business cards in your pocket, LinkedIn requests you can’t place, notes scattered across three apps, and an “I’ll follow up next week” that silently turns into next month.
In this 45-minute online session, we’ll build a simple conference CRM in Notion together, live. You’ll arrive at the conference with a plan and leave with an actionable pipeline.
What we’ll build together
Your target list: the people, companies and investors you want to meet during the event, ranked by priority
A meetings tracker: every chat, planned or random, logged from your phone in under 30 seconds
A follow-up pipeline: who you owe an email, who’s warm, and what happens next
AI-powered follow-ups: Notion AI turns your quick notes into personalised follow-up emails
It works whether you’re fundraising, selling, hiring, or just trying to remember who that founder from the coffee queue was.
You walk away with the full template
Everyone who registers gets a copy of the CRM we build, ready to duplicate into your own Notion workspace. Can’t make it live? Register anyway and we’ll send you the recording and the template.
Format
Online, 45 minutes. A live build, then open Q&A, so bring your questions (and your messiest conference habits). This is an online event hosted on Google Meet. Once you have registered, you will receive a calendar invitation with the link to join the webinar ahead of the session, along with a reminder on the day. Attendees will join in listening mode, so cameras and microphones can be off, but you are very welcome to submit questions through the Q&A panel at any point during the session, and we will answer as many as we can.
See you soon!
