AI Agents for Science Zurich
AI agents have started doing research. Join us to see them work.
AI Agents for Science Zurich is a demo night for researchers from every science (STEM to social sciences) who use AI agents in their actual work.
Rule #1: No slides. Each demo is five minutes showing how agents do research: running simulations, analysing data, searching the literature, writing and testing code, proving lemmas, steering experiments, et cetera. Also learn where agents struggle. There will be questions right after and dedicated time later for discussions.

Mathematics: Dr. Oliver Dressler, agentic theorem proving in Lean
Particle physics: Sara Zoccheddu (PhD student, UZH), language models that design detectors
Quantum physics: Tristan Zerweck (PhD student, ETHZ), autoresearch for quantum states
Who should come
Researchers at any stage, from Master's students to professors and research engineers, who use AI agents in their research or want to start. Registration needs approval, so tell us in one line what you work on; that keeps the room full of people doing research.
Show your agents
Want to demo? Answer a few more questions when you register. We pick six to eight demos from as many different sciences as possible. Work in progress is welcome!
