​This moderated panel will feature three Enterprise Ireland supported companies sharing their different experiences of expanding into the U.S., with a focus on what they learned in market entry, and building customer and partner relationships, and navigating the practical realities of scaling in a complex and competitive environment. The discussion will highlight lessons learnt from Irish companies that have scaled, highlighting the importance of local insights, state-level support, and strategic alignment between companies and economic development partners. With economic development agencies from across the U.S. in the room, the panel may also explore aspects of what has helped Irish firms and how public-private collaboration can accelerate successful expansion.
