Start your day with calm, fresh air, and meaningful connection.

Join a small group of professionals and entrepreneurs for a guided mindful walk in the Singapore Botanic Gardens. Together we will slow down, reconnect with the present moment, and enjoy a calm start to the day before work.

No prior mindfulness experience is needed.

What to expect

• Short, practical mindfulness practices (beginner-friendly)

• Brief reflection moments

• Gentle walking at a relaxed pace

• Building meaningful connections

• A secular, evidence-based approach to mindfulness

• Relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere

Hi, I'm Heidi, a licensed mindfulness teacher and certified coach based in Singapore. I help professionals, leaders, and entrepreneurs navigate growth, transition, and complexity to achieve their full potential. My mindfulness teaching is trauma-informed, secular, and evidence-based.
