For two weeks, from May 11–23, we're bringing some of the most ambitious builders in Waterloo into one room to ship real things, get real feedback, and find out what they're actually capable of.
There is a $100 refundable buy‑in to join which will be fully refunded if you ship and demo on May 23.

The Agenda
Sessions run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings across two weeks, with weekends open for co-working:
6:30PM - Doors Open
7:00PM - Standup
7:30PM - Open build time with mentors
9:30PM - Session ends
Demo Day — May 23
Morning: final prep
Afternoon: every participant gets 2 minutes. Show what you built, where you started, where you are now.
Awards ceremony and reception to follow.

Getting There
The Bootcamp is hosted at Builders Club, 165 King St W, Kitchener 3rd floor. If the door is locked on arrival, buzz #302.
About Akatos
Akatos is Waterloo's first founder residency. Since opening our doors in September 2025, 10+ teams in our community have been funded by YC, PearVC, FR8, etc. The only expectation here is that you make something exceptional.
