👩🏻 About the Speaker – Carrie Tan
Carrie Tan is a transformation and leadership coach, community leader, and former Member of Parliament in Singapore.
She is the founder of Lightbearers, a coaching practice specializing in inner healing and leadership mastery, and Daughters Of Tomorrow, a non-profit that empowers underprivileged women with livelihood opportunities.
Her work has earned her international recognition — from introducing President Obama at the YSEALI Town Hall in 2015, to being quoted by him at the White House in 2016. She has also received multiple accolades, including the Most Investment-Worthy Social Enterprise Award and the Ten Outstanding Young Persons Award.
Through her coaching and leadership, Carrie has helped countless individuals and families transform from burnout, conflict, and stagnation to clarity, joy, and thriving relationships.
