​Agent tooling is exploding right now — BenchClaw, LabOS, ClawInstitute, Hermes, Paperclip, and a dozen more landing every month. At our last cell cultivation hack, two OpenClaw agents came out of it: one that programmed a robotic workcell, and one that worked as a scientific personal assistant. We want to see what else is possible.

​This is a build challenge. Make something, demo it, ship it open source.

​What to build

​An agent with a loop and tools, applied to a specific use case. Stack-agnostic: OpenClaw, Hermes, Paperclip, roll your own, whatever.

​We care about the idea and the demo, not the framework. Think about how you evaluate the results.

​Guidelines

• ​Build a proof of concept and prototype to demo

• ​Prep a 3min Loom video demo to share

• ​Make the GitHub repo open source

• ​Creative solution

• ​Something a scientist, lab, researcher, or hardware team could actually imagine using

​Rough edges are fine. We'd rather see a real idea half-built than a polished demo of nothing.
