Xu Ben Zhang - Driven by a lifelong passion for climate action and the ocean, Xu is Managing Director at Kelp Forest Foundation (a non-profit building kelp research and awareness) and Co-Founder at SeaSpark (a start-up developing seaweed-based glitter).

​With a background in Industrial Ecology, she brings a systems-thinking lens to translating research and innovation in seaweed into practical solutions for climate and nature.

​Whether restoring kelp forests, developing biomaterials, or helping people appreciate this ecosystem, she's driven by a simple belief: nature can be the foundation of our future, built through strong partnerships across disciplines and geographies.

Santi Rahayu - Founder and creative director of Pariveśa, an online media platform supporting global conservationists through creative storytelling and events.

​Specializes in transforming ideas into a variety of outputs, weaving the process in between, while curating and ensuring everything stays aligned. In addition to her creative work, she is passionate about conservation and environmentalism.
