​Ancestral Kitchen

​A two-hour zine-making workshop exploring the food memories we carry and the recipes that were never written down.

​Through guided prompts and shared readings, we'll create small publications about our kitchen stories—the complicated, tender, and sometimes messy ways food connects us to family and memory. What do our appetites crave? What recipes live only in gesture and memory?

​This workshop holds space for both joy and loss in how we cook, eat, and remember. Food carries our histories, our grief, and our love.

​Open to all ages. We'll read fragments aloud together, creating a chorus of kitchen stories and alternative ways of keeping our food traditions alive.

​Supplies provided, but bring photos, coloring pens, stickers etc
