Join Meryl Angelicola, Founder of ProposalTeam Partners, Ron Jones, CEO of G2X, and Alexa Tsui, CEO of FORUM, on October 7 for a live, 90-minute capture-agent build-along. We'll build an AI agent that reads RFPs and performance work statements, flags signs of incumbent advantage, ties each finding to the source, and drafts questions your capture team can investigate.
We'll start with the finished workflow, then work backward through how to build it, test it, and adapt it to your own capture process.
What you'll build
A reusable RFP review agent designed to:
Flag requirements tied to a particular vendor's tools, certifications, or agency-specific experience.
Identify unusually specific key-personnel requirements, tight response windows, and heavy emphasis on transition risk.
Cite the page or section behind each flag so your team can check the evidence.
Draft clarification questions about restrictive or ambiguous requirements.
Separate a signal worth investigating from a conclusion the documents don't support.
The goal is better capture judgment: knowing what to question before committing proposal resources. A red flag is a reason to investigate, not proof that an award is predetermined.
How the 90 minutes will work
1. See the outcome and map the review. Walk through the finished agent, the example documents, and the capture questions it needs to answer.
2. Build the agent together. Turn the review method into instructions, document inputs, and an output your team can use.
3. Test the findings and make it repeatable. Check citations, challenge weak conclusions, and refine the questions and workflow.
Each 30-minute segment includes live demonstration and Q&A.

Meryl Angelicola, CF APMP · Founder, ProposalTeam Partners
Meryl brings more than 20 years of GovCon experience and a track record of leading capture and proposal efforts that delivered over $1 billion in wins, including work supporting HHS, DOE, and DOI. A 2023 APMP 40 Under 40 honoree, she combines deep proposal strategy with hands-on experience building GovCon solutions in SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power BI. She also founded the ProposalTeam nonprofit to expand access to mentorship, training, and career support. Her focus for this workshop: turning hard-earned capture judgment into an AI workflow your team can actually use.
Ron Jones · CEO, G2X
Ron brings 18 years spanning federal software engineering, enterprise automation, solution architecture, and AI strategy. Before leading G2X, he worked in federal AI and data-platform strategy at IBM and led public-sector presales and solution architecture for North America at Blue Prism. His earlier engineering work supported the U.S. Departments of the Treasury and Education. Today, he leads G2X and is the founder of FORUM, connecting technical depth with the realities of federal growth. His focus for this workshop: showing how to build, test, and refine an agent that produces useful, defensible work.
Alexa Tsui · CEO, FORUM
Alexa brings experience across GovCon operations, capture, strategic partnerships, and community leadership. As CEO of FORUM, she leads a business spanning events, advisory, media, community, and platform. Previously, she served as COO and co-owner of G2X and as Vice President of Capture and Strategic Partnerships at MetaPhase Consulting. She is also the creator and host of #GovComUnfiltered and a board member of NCMA's Metro Maryland chapter. Her focus for this workshop: connecting AI-enabled capture to the relationships, decisions, and execution that drive federal growth.
Why we're building together
ProposalTeam Partners and G2X are combining practitioner methods, GovCon intelligence, and hands-on AI training to help federal growth teams turn information into useful work. This is the first session in our Building GovCon for AI series. Meryl Angelicola and Ron Jones are joined for this session by Alexa Tsui, CEO of FORUM.
