Mirror, Mirror on the Wall is a creative workshop where we switch things up and use the mirror as a space for self-expression, affirmation, and a little play.
We’ll move through a mix of somatic practices designed to help you notice what comes up when you really take a moment to see yourself.
Where could you offer yourself a little more compassion? What does your younger self need to hear? What do you want to be reminded of every time you see your reflection? Maybe it’s encouragement, permission to take up space, trust yourself, try something new, or simply give yourself some damn credit.
We’ll take those reflections and turn them into personalized affirmation mirrors using paint markers, stickers, dried flowers, and other fun details to make yours uniquely YOU 🎨🌸.
No artistic experience needed. Just come as you are — we’ll provide the materials.
By the end, you’ll leave with a personalized mirror that’s equal parts cute decor, self-expression, and a daily reminder of exactly what you need to hear every time you catch your reflection 💖.
