Abstract:
The keynote outlines how Swiss companies need to prepare for the EU AI Act, which national regulations (will) apply, and how AI governance helps to ensure the responsible and efficient use of AI.

​About the Speaker:

​Lena Götzinger is the legal counsel responsible for AI Governance at Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB). In her current role, she also advises internal stakeholders on outsourcing significant functions and on data protection.

​Before joining ZKB, Lena Götzinger worked for several years at one of the leading Swiss corporate law firms, representing and advising companies on all technology-related matters. Legal500 recognized her as a "Leading Associate" in Switzerland in both TMT (Technology, Media and Communication) and Public Law in 2025.
