FOKAL (Forum Akademisi dan Aktivis Lingkungan)

​Environmental issues shouldn’t stop at awareness. FOKAL (Forum Akademisi & Aktivis Lingkungan) is a meeting point where scientific knowledge, technology, policy pathways, and public engagement converge to shape Indonesia’s environmental future.

Hosted under Ikatan Alumni Teknik Lingkungan Institut Teknologi Bandung (IATL ITB), FOKAL brings together voices across sectors academia, government, NGOs, industry, influencers, and youth/student innovators to discuss three lenses that affect us all: Waste, Water, and Climate.

What to expect

• ​Curated talks & panels: moderated to keep discussions evidence-based and non-partisan
  Emerging Youth Voices: selected youth are mentored and showcased on the main stage

• ​Partner Case Spotlight, moderated case-sharing focused on implementation lessons (not product pitching)

• ​Beyond talks: exhibition & experience corners, and networking session
