Morning Jay's x Kinsco Cozy Cafe ☕️🐢

We’re kicking off the spring season right with a very special cozy cafe collaboration. We’re going to be joined by the wildly talented gals of Kinsco!!
They’re a pop-up bakery duo in Chicago that has been making serious waves in the pop up scene (they recently sold out at Side Practice Coffee!). They’re going to be bringing so many unique flavors and textures to our cafe, you won’t want to miss it.
Unlike our brunch clubs, public pop ups, or menu drops, our cozy cafes are an intimate, chef-table style experience, where you get to be the first to taste test potential future Morning Jay’s menu items, vibe with your friends and future friends, and play pretend cafe with us.

First Seating: 10 AM - 12 PM (SOLD OUT!)
Second Seating: 1 PM - 3 PM (SOLD OUT!)
Location: Our home studio in Oak Park, IL
Price: $55/person, all-you-can-eat
Includes: An all-you-can-eat/or until we run our experience, featuring 3 savory, 2 signature beverages, a full service latte bar, and 4 sweets, all handmade from scratch!
We prepare items on the smaller side so you can feel free to try everything! There will also be custom, hand screen printed merch for you to peruse and shop.
Note: If you or your guests have any allergies, please share that as you’re registering.
Please note that due to demand, all ticket sales are final — we do not offer refunds. However, tickets are fully transferrable, so if you can’t make it, feel free to pass yours along to a friend or to a person on the waitlist!
Accessibility: Our apartment is a cozy third-story walk-up. So, please note there’s no elevator access, so it may not be ideal for guests with mobility needs.
Allergens and Food Warning: Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness. Food for this style event is prepared and cooked in a non industrial kitchen that is not allergen-free. However, we work to prevent cross contamination at every step. About Kinsco
Hi! We’re May and Naka, Northwestern students and the co-founders of Kinsco.
We’ve loved baking since we were young. What began as something we did at home gradually grew into something more meaningful. Over time, we realized that what excites us most is not only the pastries themselves, but the way people gather and connect around them. That realization is what led us to start Kinsco.
We love experimenting with Thai flavors, drawing from memories and ingredients that feel close to us. We are especially excited to share more Thai-inspired creations and stories with you at this cozy café event!
We look forward to baking for you and creating a space that feels warm, welcoming, and shared.
