Vocas is bringing the latest addition to the Sony Cinema Line straight to Amsterdam for an exclusive preview at the iconic rental location Maloney. This event gives DPs, camera operators, filmmakers, and owner-operators an up-close look at the camera, its features, and its place within the wider Sony Cinema Line.
Guest Speaker: Bruno Maes
Filmmaker and experienced Sony Cinema Line owner-operator Bruno Maes will lead the main presentation.
As an owner-operator of the Sony BURANO, FX6, and FX3, Bruno is ideally positioned to compare the FX5 with other cameras in the Cinema Line. He will explain where the FX5 fits within the lineup and discuss which types of productions, filmmakers, and workflows it may be best suited for.
During the presentation, Bruno will cover the camera’s new features, real-world applications, workflows, and setup possibilities. He will also share practical tips and tricks from his own experience, supported by footage that demonstrates what the camera can do.
The presentation will include a practical menu demonstration, followed by time for questions and a dedicated hands-on session with the camera.
