Out of Hours: January Meditation Sessions (For Busy People)
Welcome to The January Meditation Sessions (for busy people)!
Meditation is the space we need to become self-aware, calm and intentional. But it can be hard to keep up a regular practice when busy.
I know first-hand that there is power in accountability when building a meditation habit.
So, this experiment will take place in September:
It will run 7.20am - 7.40am every Monday + Friday mornings on Zoom (GMT)
It will be a simple mindfulness meditation for busy people, around 15-20 minutes.
You won't be required to chat, or be on camera, simply arrive on mute and take part.
It will cost a nominal £30 for the whole month of 9 sessions (commitment helps accountability - for me and you!)
You should aim to join all sessions where possible.
Why join?
The goal is to help you build a regular meditation practice over one month that can carry you to the rest of the year.
Meditation reduces stress and anxiety, helps give you time before emotional reactions, improves your sleep patterns, and boosts focus and memory. The people around us, and our own jaw tension, will feel the difference.
What does this include?
This ticket includes 9 x sessions, starting Monday 12 January and finishing in February.
Sessions run from 7.20am BST for 20 minutes.
