About Event

Your intuition is not your user.

Every assumption you make without research is a guess — and your product can’t afford guesses. This session is designed to show why UX research is essential and how you can gather insights that truly inform product decisions.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Understand why UX research is critical for designing products that actually work

  • Use methods to collect real user data, from interviews to surveys and analytics

  • Explore research methodologies such as usability testing, contextual inquiry, and A/B testing

  • Apply best practices to turn research insights into actionable design decisions

Bonus: Bring your own product! Get real-time feedback and testing during the session, so you can see how research can immediately improve your product’s usability and impact.

Through examples, case studies, and practical exercises, you’ll see how research can prevent costly mistakes, improve usability, and make your products more inclusive and user-friendly.

Who this class is for:

  • Founders & Developers

  • Product Managers

  • Product Designers

  • Anyone curious about understanding their users better and improving product outcomes

By the end of this session, you’ll have actionable strategies to collect, analyze, and apply UX research — ensuring your product decisions are informed, inclusive, and effective.
