The Thriving Cities Fund, a joint initiative by Flock Safety and Homegrown, offers entrepreneur-friendly growth capital to proven brick-and-mortar businesses so that they can open new locations. It uses a revenue-share model with no fixed repayment terms, no personal guarantees, and no equity dilution.
