International Zero Plastic Forum
About 120 years ago, human kind discovered plastics. And we started using them for everything. Plastics are very versatile materials that allow us to keep our food fresh for a longer time, they are water repellent, but they are also extremely sturdy and decomposition takes very long. We did not think about problems like the pollution plastics create - now, science shows that we even have plastic particles in our bodies!
In our hybrid event (onsite in Munich and online via Zoom), we want to bring citizens, experts and scientists together to discuss about the problem plastic pollution poses and find solutions that are compatible with our everyday life.
