NeuroConnect Roundtable - From Awareness to Action
Awareness alone is not enough. Real progress in neuroinclusion happens when organisations take action.
As part of Neurodiversity Celebration Week, NeuroConnect is hosting an in-person roundtable focused on turning awareness into meaningful, practical change across organisations.
This session will bring together leaders and practitioners from across sectors to share best practice, challenges, and what has actually worked in driving equitable, neuroinclusive workplaces.
The roundtable will be facilitated by Alix Burgher, a Global Transformational Coach with experience supporting global businesses, government, and public sector organisations through personal and organisational transformation.
Expect an interactive afternoon of honest discussion, shared learning, and action planning.
This roundtable is designed for leaders, people managers, and practitioners involved in driving organisational change across culture, talent, and inclusion. We also welcome individuals with valuable lived experience, insights, or perspectives who are passionate about turning neurodiversity awareness into meaningful, practical action.
