About the Event
Whispers of the Four Elements is an embodied journey through Earth, Water, Fire, and Air, the elements within us that shape how we feel, relate, and move through life.
Through sharing, breathwork, gentle movement, coaching prompts, expressive arts, nature-inspired rituals, and guided meditation, we explore and awaken our inner elemental landscape. There is no pressure to perform or “do it right.” You are invited to listen inward and meet yourself where you are.
This workshop is for anyone who wants to reconnect with their body, explore their emotional world, release what no longer serves them, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Earth: grounding into the body and senses, cultivating safety, stability, and presence.
Water: listening to emotions as messengers, reconnecting with flow, intuition, and healthy boundaries.
Fire: reigniting inner passion and creativity, transforming what feels stagnant or misaligned.
Air: gaining clarity, inspiration, and vision for what wants to emerge next.
No previous experience needed. Just curiosity and a willingness to listen.

Earth — Thursday 5 February | 19:00–21:00
Earth is an invitation to slow down and return to the body.
Through grounding practices and sensory awareness, we cultivate a felt sense of safety and stability.
This workshop supports your nervous system in settling and anchoring into the present moment.
We work gently with the body, breath, and attention to restore trust in yourself.
Earth is about finding steadiness within, even when life feels uncertain.
A space to arrive, root, and feel held.
Water — Thursday 12 February | 19:00–21:00
Water invites us to listen to our emotions as Water invites you to listen to your emotions as meaningful messengers.
Through gentle practices, we reconnect with flow, intuition, and emotional intelligence.
This workshop supports meeting feelings without overwhelm or suppression.
We explore how emotions guide needs, limits, and boundaries.
Water is about allowing movement while staying anchored in yourself.
A space to feel, soften, and respond with clarity.
Fire — Thursday 19 February | 19:00–21:00
Fire is an invitation to reconnect with your inner spark.
Through embodied and creative practices, we awaken passion, clarity, and movement.
This workshop supports transforming what feels stuck, heavy, or misaligned.
We work with energy, intention, and expression to create momentum.
Fire is about honoring desire without burning out.
A space to activate, create, and step forward with purpose.
Air — Thursday 26 February | 19:00–21:00
Air invites spaciousness, clarity, and fresh perspective.
Through reflective and imaginative practices, we open to insight and inspiration.
This workshop supports untangling mental noise and reconnecting with vision.
We explore thoughts as guides rather than obstacles.
Air is about trusting what wants to emerge next.
A space to breathe, see clearly, and re-orient forward.

👥 Facilitator
Maria Avramidou is a holistic coach and ecopsychology practitioner, certified in mindfulness and expressive arts, with a nature-based, integrative approach to personal growth and emotional wellbeing. Her work weaves together coaching, embodiment, creativity, and ecological awareness, supporting people to reconnect with themselves, with others, and with the natural world. Maria holds grounded, intuitive spaces that invite reflection, embodiment, and meaningful reconnection.
