Session #4 — Journaling: From Noise to Narrative

​With Yara Kwinten, founder of Time To Expresso — writing workshops, creative events, and yoga & loss circle facilitation.

​We use AI tools every day, and one thing is clear: the quality of the output depends on the prompt.

​The clearer the question, the more useful the answer.

​Journaling works in a similar way.

​The way you write and the questions you ask yourself shape what you notice, understand, and how you move forward.

​In this SPARK Clubhouse session, we explore writing as a practical tool to organise your thoughts, reflect on your experiences, and make sense of what’s happening in your mind and your day.

​Throughout history, people have used writing to capture ideas, pass on knowledge, and reflect on their experiences. Today, journaling builds on that same principle: writing as a way to slow down, think more clearly, and listen inward.

​During this session, you’ll be guided through different writing approaches. From open, unstructured writing to more intentional questions that help you gain clarity, process emotions, and make decisions.

​You’ll leave with tools you can use anytime. Creating space for what matters, on paper.
