We've been running our company on OpenClaw for months, and it works. So we decided to make it a product. Our golden rules:
Give your AI access to everything. Better to have a mediocre LLM with full company context than a genius with no knowledge.
Never repeat a task twice -> transform workflows into skills and feedback into MD files.
Sub-agents are key, use the main agent as a router and sub-agents as the execution layer.
After the success of our 1st edition, we'll be going much further this time.
