NEW EVENT TIME SLIGHTLY EARLIER FROM 1200!
WELCOME TO RUNWAY RENDEZVOUS!
Due to the British weather and expected winds, runway operations have changed. So, to ensure we get to see some aircraft we’re pulling this forward to start from 1200.
Your crew will be down there from 1100 so if you’re keen, come down for then too!
It’ll be the same vibes, bar on hand, food, freebies and giveaways. So come on down and enjoy the UK’s largest aviation meet up!
How to get there:
Head to Heathrow Terminal 5 and use the pods to get to The Thistle Hotel. When you arrive at the hotel gate, press the buzzer and the hotel team will let you through. Once inside, follow signs for the bar — it’s on the right and up the stairs. You’ll find us out on the terrace.
The hotel is kindly letting us use the space, so please do buy a drink, snack or food from the bar while you’re there. It helps us keep events like this accessible and keeps us firmly on the nice list.
Please bring whatever you need for a summer evening: layers for later, SPF, camera, spare batteries, portable charger, and your best “ooh, that’s a special livery” energy.
As ever, the event is subject to weather conditions — because even we can’t get ATC clearance for the British summer.
