Corinne Cavanaugh turns chaos into clarity for a living. This is a charter that comes naturally after hard-earned lessons of resilience from her childhood as an only-child with a bi-polar mother. She is a Harvard-educated Advisor and CMO, three-time author, and three-time founder who started her first company at 26. Corinne has driven millions in revenue at Fotune 100 companies and SMBs by replacing unpredictable, feast-or-famine growth with systematic marketing strategy and sytems. Her mission is to help leaders "unleash their inner audacity," a message she's brought to stages and outlets including FOX and ABC. Her lesson for cycle breakers: audacity isn't recklessness. It's resilience with a plan.
Lee Reeves grew up splitting time between a one-bedroom apartment in Greenwood, his grandmother's house on Beacon Hill, and the Boys & Girls Club. Raised by a single mom, first in his family to graduate college, he came out of a Southern Oregon logging town and a high school class of 62. Somewhere between pumping gas and stacking hay bales, he made a decision: he'd carry the trauma of his childhood, what he calls "The Father Wound," so his kids, and theirs, wouldn't have to. He'd break the inherited cycle.
That instinct to challenge inherited assumptions, technical and organizational, became a career. Today, Lee is a subject-matter expert and technical program manager for AMD's large-scale GPU cluster deployments, the 1,000-to-50,000-GPU systems training the world's most demanding AI and HPC workloads. He joined AMD in 2024, when its market cap sat near $196B, and has since deployed thousands of GPUs across the globe as the company marches toward $1 trillion. Before AMD, he spent five-plus years as a TPM at Oracle. He co-founded Startup253, built startup ecosystems for SoftLayer (IBM) and ZINO Society, and today backs a portfolio of Pacific Northwest ventures as an angel investor: Greenlight, Retrace, Overstory, Tapline, and 6 High Partners.
Together, they'll trade hard-won lessons on breaking the patterns that hold teams, founders, and companies back, and open the door for authentic relationships.
