The LaunchPad Challenge

​Finally build the thing you've always meant to.

​The The LaunchPad Challenge is a four-week open sprint for students. Pick any project or research idea you actually care about, claim free API credits to build it, and the best 20 teams present live at the AI Symposium at NUS.

​No theme. No set problem. Just the thing you've been meaning to make. You're judged on how well you understand the problem and whether your solution works, not on how polished it looks.

​Key dates

• ​Register by 30 June 2026 (and claim your credits)

• ​Submit by 31 July 2026 2359

• ​Top 20 notified on 7 August 2026

• ​Live finale at the AI Symposium @ NUS on 18 August 2026

​What you get

• ​Free API credits for real agent and browser tools (amount announced soon).

• ​A stage at NUS for the top teams, plus credit prizes.

• ​To be seen by hiring managers and tech leads.

​Who can join Any current student in Singapore. Enter solo or in a team of up to three. Free to enter, and you keep full ownership of whatever you build.

​Register by 30 June to lock your spot and claim your credits. Then build something worth presenting.
