​Perfect Pitch is a live session where founders come in, pitch for 3 minutes, and get real feedback in the moment from investors and coaches.

​A lot of people come to listen, and honestly, you still walk away with a lot. You hear what lands, what doesn’t, and how small shifts in wording or structure change everything.

​We’ll be joined by Wiatta Thomas, who brings a ton of experience working with founders and building ecosystems. She’s worked with thousands of entrepreneurs and understands what it takes to communicate a business clearly.

​Meet Your Perfect Pitch Coach: Wiatta Thomas

​Wiatta J. Thomas is an award-winning venture builder, impact-driven entrepreneur, and investor with a deep commitment to fostering African economic inclusion. A pioneer in building entrepreneurial ecosystems in West Africa, Wiatta has dedicated her 13-year career to connecting African startups and SME’s with dynamic training, coaching, market opportunities, and creative investment. Wiatta has been featured in Forbes and was a 2022 TED Fellow.

​Wiatta founded Dare to Innovate, Guinea’s first business incubator and accelerator, with operations in Benin and Ghana. As Director of Dare to Innovate, Wiatta designed flagship entrepreneurship programs such as the Social Business Incubator and Women Without Borders, supporting 10,000 entrepreneurs over 12 years and investing ~$1.5M in over 200 SMEs. She also designed the AgriHUB focused in building agricultural value chains and developing market linkages.

​She is also an early founder of OZE, a fintech company providing tools for entrepreneurs to access capital and make data driven decisions, and AquaFarms Africa, an agritech company specializing in aquaponics systems.
