What if, for one day, you stopped preparing for the real world and actually stepped into it?
At LEAD ASPIRE, you’ll step into the role of a Microsoft Cloud & AI Specialist for a day - working with a team to take a real business challenge from the very first conversation all the way to a working solution.
And no, this is not your typical hackathon.
There’s no challenge waiting for you when you walk in. No perfectly written prompt. No step-by-step instructions telling you what to build.
You have to figure it out.
Your team will step into a real-world business environment where you’ll meet a client, ask the right questions, uncover the challenges they’re actually facing, and decide which opportunity is worth solving.
Then comes the hard part.
Turn what you discovered into a strategy. Map the solution. Define the scope. Get it approved. Build it. And ultimately, walk back into the room and pitch your solution to the client.
It’s the full experience — from the first conversation to the final pitch.

And you won’t do it alone.
You’ll participate in a team of 4–6 students, bringing together different perspectives, skills, and ideas to create something none of you could have built alone.
You don’t need to be the best coder in the room.
You don’t even need to be a coder.
We’re looking for builders, strategists, designers, storytellers, problem-solvers, and people curious enough to ask “what if?”
For one day, you’re not watching professionals work.
You’re doing the work.
