Poker & games night at Maximor: NYC intern summer send-off

​Our summer interns wrap up on August 14, and we're sending them off with poker, board games, drinks, and proper food at the Maximor office in Midtown.

​If you're interning in NYC this summer, or you're an engineer who likes taking chips off strangers, come through. You'll meet the Maximor team and a room of interns and engineers from other startups before everyone scatters back to campus.

​We've grown 35x in the last 9 months and we're hiring aggressively across engineering roles; our 2027 summer intern class opens this fall too. No pitch, no panel. If you want to chat about working with us, find us at the poker table.

​Never played poker? Doesn't matter. Plenty of us won't be at the tables either, so come hang out, grab a drink and some food, and chat with the team. There are board games too, and we'll happily teach you poker if you're curious.
