âThis workshop is about self-celebration, creativity, flowers, and empowerment. Itâs also about slowing down, reconnecting, and celebrating yourself through art. This Womenâs Day, we invite you to paint yourself some beautiful flowers and spend some time with yourself.
âI Can Paint Myself Flowers is a nurturing, beginner-friendly creative experience that begins with a 30-minute guided sound bath meditation, followed by a texturing paste painting workshop where you create expressive 3D floral artwork on canvas.
âThe event starts with a calming sound meditation designed to help release stress, quiet the mind, and gently dissolve creative and emotional blockages. Guided through sound and intention, you will arrive fully present, grounded, and open - ready to create from a place of intuition rather than pressure.
âAfter the meditation, we move into the painting session. Using texturing paste, spatulas, and other tools, you learn how to build structure and depth on canvas and transform it into a floral composition full of movement and personality. You explore color, layering, and composition while creating your own 40x30Â to take home. Curated inspiration is provided, and you are also welcome to bring your own floral ideas or personal motifs -Â there are no limits.
âThis workshop is not about perfection or technical skill. Itâs about self-expression, softness and strength, and honoring creativity as an act of self-care. A meaningful way to celebrate yourself on Womenâs Day.
