At Fuse Capital, Russell has personally structured and closed over 200 private debt transactions. Along the way, he has advised hundreds of businesses, unlocking their potential and expanding our global network of lending partners.
Dylan Chauhan - Associate Director, Investment | Fuse Capital
Since joining the team in 2021, he has become a trusted advisor clients rely on to navigate the complexities of debt financing—from initial introductions and building compelling investment materials, through to term sheets, due diligence, and successful funding. His impact is evident: Dylan has already delivered over £100 million in debt deals for a diverse range of businesses.
A qualified accountant, Dylan began his career at the National Audit Office, where he worked across strategy and audit in the technology and financial services sectors within the UK government. He later joined Tandem, a leading UK neo-bank, as Finance Manager—guiding the business through fundraising, M&A, and commercial finance initiatives.
Clarise Kho - Associate Director, Investment | Fuse Capital
Clarise is a venture debt specialist focused on Southeast Asia, bringing seven years of hands‑on experience structuring non‑dilutive capital for high‑growth companies. Before joining Fuse Capital, Clarise worked at Innoven Capital, partnering with hundreds of founders across agritech, e‑commerce, fintech, edtech, F&B, mobility and others. There, she helped leadership teams translate growth levers into fit‑for‑purpose debt solutions.
Daniel Tan - Director | CMS
Daniel Tan is a Director of CMS Holborn Asia and leads its banking and finance practice. With close to 25 years’ experience advising on complex cross-border financings in Singapore and across APAC, Daniel is widely recognised for his work both with technology companies as well as with lenders, regularly advising on venture debt, growth lending, impact investing and innovative financing structures for high-growth businesses. His recent matters include advising on senior secured credit facilities for leading fintech and edtech firms, growth lending for impact-driven tech platforms, and structuring capital call and borrowing base facilities for venture and private equity funds. Daniel’s expertise also includes acquisition finance, project finance, and fund financing, and he is known for his commercial awareness and deep understanding of the evolving tech and venture landscape. Qualified in both Singapore and England & Wales, Daniel has played a key role in shaping market-standard loan documentation in the region.
