Spring Equinox Food and Media Fast
You’re invited to participate in four days of community fasting in observance of the Spring Equinox and the rebalancing of light and dark, free for all to join.
—
March 20th, 2026, marks the Spring Equinox, a moment of perfect balance, when day and night stand equal, and the Earth begins its outward turn toward growth, movement, and expression.
Since the beginning of time, cultures around the world have recognized the Spring Equinox as a threshold, a time to clear what remains from winter, restore equilibrium, and consciously step into a new cycle of becoming.
In addition to well-documented health benefits — including improved brain function and focus, reduced inflammation, metabolic reset, enhanced immune response, and autophagy (the body’s natural process of cellular repair) — fasting creates space to interrupt unconscious habits, connect deeply with ourselves, and enter a new season with clarity and intention.
We also fast from media consumption to further quiet the mind, recalibrate the nervous system, and strengthen our capacity for presence as we move back into the world.

Testimonials
I knew I was ready for a fast, but I didn’t want to do it alone. Although we were all joining from around the country, Kenny held space for us as if we were all in the same room. The music, the guys, the journey all felt very personal and communal at the same time. — Chris Decker
The solstice fast was deeply rewarding. By creating quiet, we allowed mental and emotional clarity to shine through with the help of Kenny's directed practices and prompts. Doing this in community with other men was especially powerful. It deepened the experience with accountability, support, and brotherhood. Kenny was an exemplary leader. He set the structure and direction but let curiosity and openness flourish. I'm looking forward to joining again next year. — Alex Sacco
Kenny did an exceptional job preparing us for what to expect, allowing enough lead time to review materials and get mentally ready for the fast. The group felt structured, which was important for me, but also allowed ample freedom for what needed to arise. He held space with presence that allowed for a group of strangers to feel safe enough to explore tremendous depth very quickly. — Michael Eberhard
