We are already seeing the consequences when individual actions fail to connect with organisational ambition. Climate targets are missed, mandatory reporting exposes the gaps, stakeholder trust weakens and access to capital becomes harder. ​This facilitated session gets practical about what climate capability looks like inside an organisation today. The roundtable discussion will focus on the everyday decisions made in sales, operations, procurement, risk and frontline roles, and how small but disciplined shifts in these roles can drive genuine impact.

​Drawing on the AXA Climate School experience with more than six million learners, we will explore how to build climate literacy that is relevant, grounded and commercially useful.
