SELF Actualization Breathwork
SELF-Actualization Breathwork is an uplifting breathwork flow created by Superbloom co-founder, Brandon Darnell, that combines several different breathing techniques, breath holds, and an inspiring guided meditation to bring you back into your SELF - Stillness, Embodiment, Loving-awareness, and Focused-attention.
NOTE: We meet at a cafe and walk to the beach for the class.
Schedule:
7:15a - Meet at Mud/Wtr Cafe
7:15-7:30a - Walk from Mud/Wtr Cafe to beach
7:30-8:15a - Breathwork
8:15-8:30a - Walk back to Cafe
NOTE: This is a short practice, so to maintain the integrity of the space and smooth facilitation, PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE AFTER 7:30.
If you arrive late, you will be asked to do your own silent meditation away from the group until we are complete (8:00a), then you can join for the optional social.
