Suggestion / Preparation
1. Bring a notebook or a pen and paper just in case you feel the calling to write something during the break.
2. Wear comfy clothes.
3. Bring an eye mask, a jacket, or a blanket if your body is calling for it.
4. Try not to have a heavy meal right before, but eat a little something nourishing so you can fully arrive.
