​This breakfast will be led by Brendan Noud, Endeavor Entrepreneur and CEO & Co-Founder of LearnUpon, who will share his learning from building and scaling LearnUpon from Dublin and navigating your business with the Age of AI.

​Biography:
Brendan Noud is the Co-Founder and CEO of LearnUpon, a pioneering learning management system (LMS) that has evolved into a full-suite Agentic Learning Platform (ALP). He and his co-founder, Des V. Anderson, started LearnUpon in 2012 from a kitchen table, taking turns to be available 24/7 to support customers.

​Driven by the belief that great learning is key to great business results, Brendan has grown LearnUpon into a global company with more than 300 employees, 1,300 customers and 13 million learners across more than 30 countries. Under his leadership, LearnUpon has continually evolved its platform to meet the changing needs of modern organisations. In 2026, the company launched its Agentic Learning Platform, helping businesses transform for the agentic AI era by building adaptive learning ecosystems that enable employees and AI agents to learn and improve together.

​Brendan became an Endeavor Entrepreneur in 2020 and has been a strong advocate for entrepreneurship and building ambitious, globally scalable businesses from Ireland.
